The Forgiveness Lab

The next group session of the Forgiveness Lab begins Saturday, May 4th and runs for four consecutive weeks until May 28th.

Forgiveness sets everyone free, but like any skill, it needs to be practiced in order to work.

This blended online and self-study program will give you new tools to help navigate old areas of discomfort with empowerment and create fresh, new possibilities in your life through the practice of forgiveness in real-time.

In this four-week online program, you will:

  • gain new tools to help you navigate and heal unresolved emotions
  • increase your emotional flexibility and resilience
  • practice forgiveness in a compassionate, confidential environment

This class runs for four weeks May 7 - 28 via the course portal. We meet online beginning at 11am ET for 90 minutes. All sessions are recorded for your review if you are unable to make a class.

Change your life at the speed of you with The Forgiveness Lab.

What People Are Saying:

I highly recommend The Forgiveness Lab if you are even slightly ready to adjust your relationship to holding old hurts and make space for new possibility. Anna is a respectful, thoughtful guide in exploring a vulnerable space. Offering a different way of understanding and working with forgiveness and practical tools you can continue using. This space felt safe and supportive for being vulnerable and open, and I am much lighter and ready to welcome in more nourishing and supportive things having cleared away old stories, even small parts of them. I look forward to working with these tools more!

  • Everything is Confidential. What happens in here stays in here. You are welcome to share what your experience is with those outside of the program, but do not share other’s stories or experiences. It is essential that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Keep coming back to your breath. Your breath is what connects you to your body, your heart, and each moment. If big feelings are coming up, support yourself by breathing deeply. It will help to create space for deeper awareness and allowing you to be with your feelings as they arise.
  • Safe Space. To reiterate, this program holds a conscious confidential, and respectful space. The facilitator will hold true to this, and if at any time you feel a lack of safety, you are encouraged to contact Anna either by private message or via email. Your sense of safety matters.
  • Sacred Mirror. We can only see in others what is already present within ourselves. If you are feeling triggered or bothered by something being shared, please take that as a cue to go inside and notice what that share is reflecting back to you about you. Take responsibility for your history and your feelings instead of taking others’ shares personally. We can only recognize in others what is already present within ourselves.
  • No cross-sharing and no “fixing” Being heard and seen are two of the most powerful gifts we can receive as participants. Please respect everyone’s personal process by affording them space and time for their shares. No one is broken, so there is no “fixing” allowed.
  • Be mindful of contribution. If you are someone who is sharing a lot, please be mindful of your contributions to the discussion. Everyone’s voice is welcome, but please be willing to step forward/step back according to how much or how little you are sharing.
  • No hate speech, bigotry, intolerance or unowned aggression. This is a space of healing and responsibility. If you cannot abide, you will be removed from the program.
  • OK to express emotion. When in doubt, breathe!
  • Acknowledgment of the perfect moment – you are here because you are ready to do the work in your own time and in your own way.

Zoom etiquette
